Digital Privacy forms a circle around three sub-related categories; information privacy, communication privacy, and individual privacy. It is used to encourage advocacy on individual and consumer privacy rights in digital spheres and is typically used in opposition to the business practices of many e-marketers, businesses, and companies to collect and use information and data. Information Privacy is the idea that individuals should have the freedom or right to determine how their digital information may be collected and there are laws by the EU that dictate how information may be collected and used by companies. Communication Privacy is the idea that people should have the freedom or right to communicate info digitally with the assumption that their communications are secure. Individual Privacy is that individuals should not be bothered by unwanted info and that they can exist freely on the web.

My opinion on the article about digital privacy is, it makes the users of the web have a better control and easier way around the web which is full of hackers and what not. Also, with all the privacy’s involved the web is cleaner and more fun to use to communicate to who ever.

My three favorite books

1. “The Diary of a Part Time Indian” by Sherman Alexie, September 12,2007. I liked the book because I can relate to the story of being Native American an coming from the Rez and how life goes when you are poor.
2. “Bud Not Buddy” by Christopher Paul Curtis, 1999. I enjoyed reading this book back in middle school because it was fun to read about the Great Depression and see how black people were treated back then and how an adopted child , Bud is looking for his famous father.
3. “The Odyssey” by Homer, 8th Century B.C. I really liked this novel because its amazes me how Homer told of this story of mythical creatures and kings and gods/goddess were in the world back then. Also Homer was blind so he could not see what the writer he was telling the story too.

• These Catholic sisters planned to open up the first hospital in Pendleton but did not have the money so they had the hospital in their home for the sick/injured.

• Remodeled in 1922 for an addition of $200,000, in 1961 remodeled again for $2.1 million, remodeled again in 2002 for 17 million and finally the newest hospital in today’s present was built on 70 million in 2012. So in a decade plus 11 years, Pendleton has spent $89 million dollars on their hospital.
